The men who join Power Circles are self-aware, successful peek performers from diverse ages, backgrounds and professions who are starting and growing their careers; redefining their roles and impact as leaders; and dreaming and developing new possibilities for us all. With a focus on providing a unique and complementary experience, we carefully match each Power Circle – we match entrepreneurial men with executives, nonprofit leaders with game-changers, and everything in between.

What sets Power Circles apart from other groups is a focus that includes but extends beyond goal setting, accountability and financial targets. We focus on holding space, vision, witnessing and reflecting back, helping each man get to the root of who he is and how to express his passions, purpose and power in the most exalted state through his work in the world.

We offer virtual and in-person Power Circles based upon your location, demand and availability. Virtual Power Circles allow us to make Power Circles open to as many peakperformers as possible and match peers from a larger pool of men.

Virtual Circles: For 4 months, your Power Circle will meet every 3 weeks guided by a trained Power Circle facilitator taking the group through transformational themes designed for diving deep into our inner experience and our process of emergence.

In-Person Circles: For 6 months, your Power Circle will meet every month, guided by a trained Power Circle facilitator at a pre-determined location. When possible and as registrations allow, in-person Power Circles are offered in New York, Miami, Raleigh, and Asheville. Circles will be added in other cities as demand calls, so enroll your friends too!
